What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let a site "remember" certain information between visits — for example, your cookie-consent decision — or enable third-party services the site relies on.

Cookies we use

Necessary cookies are always active, no consent required — they are required for core site functionality (in particular, the contact form) to work correctly and securely. Under GDPR they don't require consent, because they are necessary to provide the service you're actively requesting.

Analytics cookies load only with your consent — they help us understand how visitors use the site (which pages are popular, where traffic comes from) so we can improve it. They only load after you click "Accept" in the consent banner — if you don't click it, none of them are set and no information is sent to Google at all.

Data collected via Google Analytics is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics 4's default retention settings (event-level data is deleted after a maximum of 14 months).

On your first visit you'll see a banner with information about cookies and an "Accept" button. Until you click it, only the necessary cookies from the table above are ever set on your device — Google Analytics is fully inactive, no script loads, and no information reaches Google.

Once you click "Accept", your decision is remembered for a year — the banner won't reappear on later visits during that period, and Google Analytics will be active.

Your consent is stored in the ktbnet_cookie_consent cookie in your browser. To withdraw it:

  1. Open your browser settings → Privacy/Cookies.
  2. Find and delete site data for ktbnet.pl (or specifically the ktbnet_cookie_consent cookie).
  3. Refresh the page — the consent banner will reappear, and Google Analytics will stay inactive until you click "Accept" again.
